Australian Bush Poetry Film Contest
The Australian Poetry Film Contest is an event entirely devoted to the celebration and showcase of poetry film. Poetry film or video poetry is a fast-growing art form that combines poetry, moving images, sound and music. We would like to invite film-makers and poets of any age and backgrounds to participate in the first edition of the Festival which will be in November 2024 in Guyra. In particular, we encourage the submission of innovative and eclectic takes on poetry film as a distinct media form.

Melodie D'Amore - Raffaele Pierno and Melissa Buchholz
Italian Tenor Raffaele Pierno will delight audiences with the greatest tenor solos of all time by artists such as Caruso, Pavarotti, Bocelli, Groban and Mario Lanza. He will be joined by associate artist Melissa Buchholz on piano.
Fiori Musicali present “Treasures from the Baroque”
Fiori's concert 'Treasures from the Baroque' at the Australian Poetry Hall of Fame is scheduled for 3pm on Saturday 6th April. More information will be added once the ticketing is completed.

This amazing series of Bush Poetry writing and performance workshops will get you both writing and performing poetry with some of Australia's Top Bush Poets.
This series of workshops is available for everyone and attendance is flexible. If you are a "never wrote" beginner to seasoned performer then you will get something from these workshops. A Notable Donation for attendance at the workshops will help cover the costs of the presenters.
