Tibetan Yoga on Sunday Morning: Learn Tsa Lung & Trul Khor with James

Start your Sunday by unlocking the vital energy of body and breath. Join James for an invigorating and grounding morning session dedicated to the ancient traditions of Tibetan Yoga (Nechung and Yantra practices), focusing on the foundational disciplines of Tsa Lung and Trul Khor.

Unlike standard modern yoga that focuses primarily on static stretching, Tibetan Yoga is a dynamic inner science designed to harmonize the physical body, the breath, and the mind. Through specific breath retention techniques, rhythmic movements, and focused awareness, these practices clear energetic blockages, build core resilience, and cultivate a deep, clear stillness.

What You Will Learn

  • Tsa Lung (Channels and Wind-Energy): Learn how to work directly with your subtle anatomy. Through guided breathing exercises (Lung) and subtle physical locks, you will discover how to direct vital energy through the body's channels (Tsa) to clear stagnation, sharpen mental focus, and warm the body from the inside out.

  • Trul Khor (Magical Wheel / Movement): Experience the physical movements that accompany the breath. Combining mindful postures, dynamic transitions, and rhythmic coordination, Trul Khor uses the body as a tool to guide energy, strengthen the joints and tendons, and settle a restless mind into natural meditation.

Who Is This For?

Whether you are an experienced yogi looking to deepen your internal practice, an artist or performer wanting to master breath control and physical presence, or a complete beginner seeking a practical way to build strength and calm on a Sunday morning, this session is accessible and adaptable to your level of fitness.
